How many potential members miss joining your club simply because they do not know you exist or are apprehensive about contacting you without an introduction?

Don't be surprised: many of our clients tell us they can’t find you, don't have the time to find you, don't know how to approach you, or, in some cases, may even find an indifferent attitude when attempting to contact a private club without having a reference.

How Does CCA Connect You To These Markets?

CCA conducts its own marketing campaigns and generates leads for use by our consortium of club-clients. CCA's pre-qualified leads (less than 25% of candidates pass our screening) have expressed a strong desire to pursue membership opportunities and may have even specifically named your club in their application.

Our system is very similar to that of a typical Executive Recruiter: we provide you with a summary of a potential candidate without revealing their identity. After reviewing the profile, the club may elect to personally meet the candidate, ask for more information, or bypass the candidate altogether.

What Happens Next?

If the club elects to meet a candidate, then CCA advises the applicant, releases the personal information to the club, and coordinates an 'informal' introduction -- usually through the club's General Manager. That's it.

The club always retains complete control and discretion concerning any candidate that they meet. CCA candidates are fully advised of the limited nature of our service and their need to meet the unique and specific requirements of any club’s admission policies. Our role is simply to make them aware of your presence.

From relocated executives, to newly affluent young professionals, to retired empty-nesters wishing to enjoy a new chapter in life, there is an entire market missing the chance to meet you and find information concerning your club.

Clubs have historically erected high walls around their operations to protect the value of their brand; yet, the same forces make it difficult for attractive markets to find them. CCA helps you keep those walls intact, while intelligently accessing the clientele you desire.

Nominal fees are in place for introductions and placements. There are currently no fees to be included in our consortium, which allows you to review confidential profiles.

What About Outings and Events?

CCA maintains relationships with many industry professionals and is constantly informing them of the reasons to consider using private club resources. Additionally, CCA conducts direct mail campaigns to businesses, non-profit organizations, and members of the professional fundraising industry.
